Rates and Insurance
The fee for each therapy session is based on the level of licensure of your provider. Please contact us for specific rates for each of our counselors.
Insurance (Not all counselors provide out of network receipts for reimbursement, please ask which counselors do so). Services my be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We require payment from you at the time of service. However, we will provide you with a receipt needed to submit claims directly to your insurance company for reimbursement directly to you, if your insurance company covers out-of-network providers.
For your convenience we accept cash, check, and most major credit cards for payment. All fees and unpaid balances are due at the time of your scheduled session.
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay for your session.
