Perinatal Mood Disorders include postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and fetal loss. I graduated with honors from Capella University with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2015. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mississippi, and can also provide health, relationship, or life coaching. I am married and have four children, two bonus children, and 2 grandchildren. In my free time, you will find me riding my horses, playing with my dogs, traveling to Montana to hike and camp, fishing, gardening, and many other outdoor activities.
