Sydney Doyle,
Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern
Are you ready to break free from old patterns and create a healthier, more fulfilling life?
As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I take a systemic and collaborative approach to help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger connections. Whether you're working through relationship struggles, emotional regulation, or trauma, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
Trained in Core Communication, Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling, and Level One Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I help clients develop effective communication strategies and deeper emotional understanding. My passion for helping others comes from my own personal experience with the very challenges I help my clients through. Having grown up in a divorced family, navigated postpartum struggles, and experienced the grief of losing family members to addiction, I deeply understand the complexities and pain that come with these life experiences. My Christian faith also plays a central role in my approach, guiding me to offer compassion, hope, and strength as we work through life’s most difficult moments.
I completed my graduate studies in Marriage and Family Therapy at Kairos University (formerly Evangelical Seminary), and I believe in the power of healing through connection. My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to meet your unique needs. Together, we can work toward lasting change and growth.
